The Details

Commit To Yourself is an 8-week online group coaching program (women only — sorry guys!). Each week we’ll have one group coaching call (recorded for those who can’t make it live) where we’ll do a deep dive into a topic, and then we’ll talk about ways to introduce that topic into your week through mini-challenges or homework. The rest of the call will be devoted to live group coaching, coaching you through a challenge that may have come up during the previous week, or ideas for how to help you incorporate the current week’s mini-challenge, etc.

Each week you’ll also receive handouts related to the week’s challenge such as tips and tricks, additional information on the topic, resources, etc.

Throughout the program you’ll have access to the private Facebook group so that you can check in with each other, update us on your wins and struggles, and ask for help, advice, and suggestions.

Not only will you gain confidence, increase your self-esteem, learn new ways to take care of yourself that don’t take a lot of (if any) time or money, you’ll also end up becoming part of a great group of friends, a new online community that understands your struggles and challenges and is there to support you.

My name is Megan Wallace, and I’m a women’s empowerment coach. I guide women to become empowered and awakened, and to feel alive again.

And I want to do the same for you.

Last year, after working for 16+ years in corporate America (I’m older than I look, trust me 😉), I finally “woke up” and realized that I was completely, utterly burned out. I was tired, out of shape, eating poorly, crying daily out of frustration and exhaustion — basically a complete friggin’ joy to be around.

I decided to make a change, to cut the shit and start putting myself first, and it’s made all the difference. I sleep like a baby, I’m getting back into shape, I eat better, and people enjoy being around me again (or at least they say they do…).

Now I help other women to do the same thing I did: take back their lives and put themselves first. I’m here to help, and I would love to work with you.
